Terms of Use
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Zento Tools Hub ("we," "us," "the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What we provide
Zento Tools Hub provides free, browser-based file utilities — including image and PDF conversion, signing, compression, and merging tools. All processing happens locally on your device; we do not receive or store the files you work with.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates any applicable law. You're responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use and modify them.
4. No warranty
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep a backup of your original files before converting, signing, compressing, or merging them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zento Tools Hub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, branding, and code are owned by Zento Tools Hub unless otherwise noted. You retain full ownership of any files you process using our tools — we claim no rights over your content.
7. Electronic signatures
The Sign PDF tool creates a visual electronic signature (similar to signing on a touchscreen). It is not a certified or qualified electronic signature under specific legal frameworks (such as eIDAS or the U.S. ESIGN Act's advanced signature provisions). For agreements requiring a legally certified signature, use a dedicated, compliant e-signature service.
8. Changes to the Site or these terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue tools, and may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zento Tools Hub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
