1. Files you process with our tools
Every tool on Zento Tools Hub — including JPG to PDF, Sign PDF, Compress PDF, and Merge PDF — runs client-side using JavaScript inside your browser. When you upload a file into one of our tools, it is read directly by your browser's memory and never transmitted to Zento's servers or any third party. We do not see, store, log, or have any technical ability to access the content of files you process.
2. Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and content delivery network may automatically log basic technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — for security and performance purposes. This is standard server-log data and is not linked to the content of any file you process.
3. Cookies and analytics
Zento Tools Hub does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in the future to understand which tools are useful, this policy will be updated first and the tool will continue to avoid processing your files off-device.
4. Third-party resources
Our pages load fonts and JavaScript libraries from third-party content delivery networks (such as Google Fonts and cdnjs) to render the site and power tool functionality. These providers may receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when your browser fetches these resources, governed by their own privacy policies. No file content is ever sent through these requests.
5. Children's privacy
Our tools are general-purpose utilities not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as Zento Tools Hub grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
